AusbildungsFit ÖJAB — Education, Perspective, Integration

For some young people, entering the working world after compulsory education is a challenge: for example, because social or school skills are not yet sufficiently consolidated or because young people come from difficult backgrounds.

It is precisely this “gap” that AusbildungsFit and the pre-module as part of the Professional Assistance Network (NEBA) address. Young people — adapted to their personal life situation — receive targeted support, school and social deficiencies are made up for and future prospects are developed together with young people. This makes it possible to transition to an independent (professional) life.
