With us - Staircase 2 - yesterday, shortly after midnight, there was a woman and a man (adults, young people? ) climbed from the communal terrace (8th floor, accessible via stairs 3) via the emergency ladder onto the flat roof in front of our terrace on the 9th floor.
There is no fall protection at all on the flat roofs, the shock when strangers in front of the patio door were also tidy in the middle of the night.

Dear Luzie,
Since living together in this residential building has not worked so far (elevators, vandalism, etc.) despite two property managers, RealityLab, commitment and request, I ask you to call the police for your safety in such cases.
I've already written about this and I can completely understand you.
