If you haven't received a confirmation email after registering, check your email program's spam folder first.

If the email ended up in the spam folder, mark it as “Not spam.” This prevents future emails from the platform from ending up in the spam folder again

If there is no confirmation email in your spam folder, you can have the confirmation email sent to you again. Follow these steps:

1. On the registration page, select the option “Didn't you receive a confirmation email?” off.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. The confirmation email will be sent to this address again.
3. Check your inbox again. An email like the one below should arrive in your inbox.
4. Click on the confirmation link

After this notification appears, your account has been verified.
