How do I unlock my account?
If you've tried to sign in multiple times with an incorrect password, your account will be suspended. An error message appears: “Your account is suspended.”
At the same time, you will automatically receive an unlock email to the email address associated with your account:
Open this email and click on the unlock link. This will unlock your account and allow you to sign back in. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
If you didn't receive an automatic email to unlock your account, click “Didn't you receive unlock instructions?”
You'll then be asked for your email address. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Send me instructions to unblock again.”
