General Help

To register, click on [Register] in the top right corner of the platform. You can open an account in two ways:

• If you want to sign in via Facebook or Google, select the appropriate box. You'll be redirected to a page where you can sign in with your existing account. You can then complete your profile and set a name/pseudonym and an
abbreviation.
• You can also register directly via the platform. Fill out the form and choose a name/pseudonym, an abbreviation, a valid e-mail address and a

The “publicly visible name” and the “abbreviation” appear in your platform profile and next to your suggestions, comments, and posts that you support. If you want to remain anonymous, you can choose a pseudonym and account name without revealing your real name. For the community on the platform, however, it is better if you provide your first name and upload a profile picture. This is how neighbors also recognize each other in the corridor

Please follow the following rules when choosing a password:

• Your password must consist of at least 10 characters, including a capital letter and a special character (for example “! “or “% “).
• Don't use a normal password (e.g. “1234567890”).

Please note that you must complete and agree to the legal notices to open your account. If you do not agree, no account can be created and the information you entered will not be saved.

Before you can use your account, you must verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email that will be sent to you after registration. Check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email from the platform. Contact the administrator if you are having trouble registering

As soon as you are registered, you can log in and contribute at any time via “Sign in” at the top right of the platform.
